First time

Can't say I've been into blogs...this may well be a multi-disciplinary blog site, including my tangles, weight loss journey, general thoughts for the day....what will NOT be here are any thoughts on work, co-workers, etc...there is a place for that, and this is not it! Now to figure out how to post pictures etc....
